What we expect from you

• To be from Lisbon or the surrounding area
• To look for new clients in the Portuguese market and abroad
• That you select and recruit new consultants to meet our clients' needs
• That you prepare and present commercial proposals
• Understand that work is measured according to the objectives set
• Build a client portfolio and a team of consultants
• Manage and monitor both clients and consultants

Technical skills

• A degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems or similar
• Good communication and relationship skills
• A fluent level of English
