Technical skills
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- CE3's End-to-End Solutions Architecture team defines the strategic direction and transitional blueprints for C&P technology initiatives
- The supplier will: Collaborate with CE3 Architects to design and refine north star and transitional architectures for high-impact C&P programmes and cross-vertical initiatives
- Ensure formalised architectural decisions that unlock delivery and transformation, supporting near-, mid-, and long-term business goals
- This is achieved holistically, engaging with central Enterprise Architecture, Cross Platform Architecture, Platform System Architecture, and Implementation engineering teams as relevant
- The DRB/ARB processes are to be followed. Apply a multidisciplinary approach, integrating expertise from engineering, experience, and excellence pillars to guarantee seamless, scalable, and sustainable solutions
- Align capability and journey design with C&P, CPIT, and SAP objectives, avoiding fragmented solutions and delivery risks
- Support team as a SCRUM Master, facilitate agile ceremonies and client facing transparency into the delivery
Personal skills
- English should be at least B2
