Technical skills
- +5 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (academic background or relevant professional experience)
- Clear understanding of and strong commitment to contractual objectives
- High resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT and Service Management
- Fluency in English
- Certifications in Service Management Methodologies (ITIL, ISO20000)
Personal skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive in problem solving and implementing solutions
