Technical skills

• +5 years of experience in similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (academic background or relevant professional experience)
• Clear understanding of and strong commitment to contractual objectives
• High resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT and Service Management
• Fluency in English
• Certifications in Service Management Methodologies (ITIL, ISO20000)

Personal skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive in problem solving and implementing solutions
