What we expect from you
- To be from Lisbon or the surrounding area
- To look for new clients in the Portuguese market and abroad
- You will be responsible for finding and hiring candidates to meet our clients' needs
- That you prepare and present commercial proposals
- Understand that work is measured according to the objectives set
- Build a client portfolio and a team of consultants
- Manage and monitor both clients and consultants
Technical skills
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in Business Developer roles, preferably, or IT Recruiter roles
- A degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems or similar
- Good communication and relationship skills
- A fluent level of English
