Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to lead and build U Match’s sales division.

We are seeking someone with solid experience in technology outsourcing, knowledge of the Portuguese market, and the ability to generate opportunities from the very first months.

This will be a leadership role, but with a strong hands-on component. Initially, you’ll be directly involved in prospecting, client development, negotiation, and closing deals, while recruiting and developing the future team of Business Developers.

  • Proven experience in opening new accounts and closing deals;
  • An active network of contacts in the Portuguese market;
  • Knowledge of rates, margins, proposals, and outsourcing models;
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle;
  • An independent, results-oriented, and hands-on profile;
  • Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop teams;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Residence in Lisbon or the surrounding area.
